PROJECT ADVISORY with full access to all our services

Contract and Commercial Management

We protect the Owner's commercial position from contract award through to final account. We manage notices, claims, variations and risk registers with the rigour of a contractor — but always in the Owner's interest. Early commercial intervention prevents disputes before they become delays.

Engineering and Design Review

We independently review design assumptions, specifications and constructability before they become costly site problems. From civil and foundation methodology to grid interface and BOP sequencing, we challenge what needs challenging — so the Owner makes informed decisions, not expensive ones.

Construction and Logistics Advisory

We de-risk heavy transport and access through Swept Path Analysis (SPA) for WTGs, blades and transformers, combined with access road geometry review and logistics sequencing. We identify constraints before they hit the critical path and translate engineering into programme protection.

Planning and Controls

We develop and stress-test schedules that reflect real construction logic, not optimistic baselines. Risk-based planning, delay analysis and recovery strategies are built in from the start — so the Owner always has a clear picture of programme exposure and a credible path forward.

Quality and HSE Assurance

We embed Owner-side QA oversight into contractor and supplier workflows, ensuring technical and contractual compliance without slowing delivery. From ITPs to hold points and NCR management, we protect the Owner's handover position and long-term asset performance.
